Jee Chew, often known as JC or Superman, has developed a love for learning and training for almost 2 decades. The nickname Superman comes from his name in the Mandarin language (can be loosely translated to Ambition and Super). Believing that he is destined to have Superior Ambition and to help others, he continues to pursue his passion in helping others become better versions of themselves.

Being a Co-Founder of Whealer Solutions, the corporate training solutions business, he has seen how important it is to have a learning and development function within any organisation. However, in his 15 years of Corporate Training Experience, he noticed that many smaller oraganisations do not have the privilege of having the same resources to ensure the same for their workforce. This sparked a desire for the Superman in him to come to the rescue. 

Once the seed was planted, it was just a matter of time (probably just minutes) for him to see how his experience and passion should be spread to other areas such as Entrepreneurship, Families and the last but very important goup, the Youth. He decided to create XPERT as a focus to elevate and empower people in these areas to become the best versions of themselves.

When creating the logo, we got many different interpretations.

"A person lifting something?"

""Doing warrior exercise pose?"

"A Champion is born!"

"Running and winning."

Whatever people said, it was positive and empowering like the ones above. That tells us that we got the right logo to represent our mission. Indeed, we are here to lift and empower people to make them champions and winners.
